HOUSING INFORMATION
A credit card is the preferred method to guarantee your reservation.
Conference Housing will not charge your credit card. All payments will be made directly to the hotel upon check-in.
If you are paying by check we prefer that you pay the hotel directly prior to check in.
Please confirm your reservation with Conference Housing prior to sending a check to the hotel.
Please send all funds no earlier than October 1, 2010 directly to the hotel with your reservation name, arrival date, departure date, and include the event name "California Science Education Conference".
Cancellations and Changes:
Cancellations must be received 7 days prior to your date of arrival or a one-night room charge may apply.
If you do not show up on your scheduled arrival date a one-night room charge may apply.
Prior to October 10, 2010
All hotel reservations, date changes, name changes, and cancellations must be submitted to Conference Housing. Contact us at info@conferencehousing.com or fax your request to 877-385-9595.
On or After October 13, 2010
Contact the hotels directly for all date changes or name changes. Please contact Conference Housing with any cancellations as we will try and use your reservation for another attendee. Your mailed confirmation letter will include all contact information for the hotels.
